Unbelievable ! There has been no posts on here for a week. With all the craziness that's going on in Washington you would think someone would have a comment about it.

I guess people are sick and tired of this farce of impeachment talk. it has been going on since the day Trump was inaugurated and the Democratic controlled House of Representatives haven't voted on a single bill that will make life better for Americans in three years.

I could go on and on about it, but it would undoubtedly make someone mad. Adam Shiff is a tool.

For those on the left, this is the only way to satisfy the deep loathing that drives their madness.

For those on the right, this is politics at its worst, an unceasing attack on a sitting president until they finally dug up something they think will stick. Unfortunately for Trump, there are many 'echoes' from the impeachment of Nixon. He, too, endured an unbounded investigation by a special investigator chartered by democrats that simply disliked him. The investigation led seemingly to nothing, until the FBI agent code-named "deep throat" brought attention to the Watergate break-ins. Then the knives were bared, and Nixon was forced out of office.

Now the democrats think the request to the Ukrainian president to investigate Biden is tantamount to bribery, and they are slowly drawing the daggers...

I think there is one big difference between this and Nixon's problems. This will go nowhere, and Trump will win re-election in a landside. It is very hard to defeat an incumbent president with such a booming economy and job numbers.

Never in my TCD life have I ever wanted a post to be more correct.
