Ed, sadly this is older software and any images/videos must be linked from an outside website. I am entirely ignorant as to what is available out there to make this possible but there are sites you can use for this purpose.
Others, more web savvy than myself, may be able to assist with this information.

If you have a google email address, you also have access to Google Drive. You can save the video on Google drive, and then "share" it with anyone. When you do that, you will be given a link to copy. You can paste that link here in a post.
