This could happen anywhere. I can see both sides of this argument. I do not condone the young guy punching the crap out of the older guy. I am sure the guy that got punched was not being a nice person. Anybody can push another person's buttons too hard and get what they asked for, legal or not.
Anyway, I have seen this at concerts and sporting events. There is a reason why fans are provided seats. I do feel that fans should not continually stand the whole game and block others view of the action.

The younger guy, and his companion, should be arrested and charged with assault .... period. Probably drunk.

I agree that he broke the law and should be arrested.
But, the other guy is not an innocent party. He won't have any charges brought up against him, but he is not innocent.

That young guy should have his arse kicked. If I was with that older guy I guarantee the sucker-puncher would've taken a shot or two.

The young guy was a punk. I hope the older man sues him and the younger guy loses his rights to ever attend another game.
