The lady Cats volleyball team enter the last regular season game with a 24 and 3 record, having losses to only three rated teams, Florida number 1 , Kansas number 7 and Creighton number 9, the two losses to Kansas and Creighton were with the all SEC liberto Dusek. We should have a number one seed through the entire tournament because of our number one RPI which means we just might make the final four this year. Game comes up in ten minutes for those interested on ESPNU, final game against a very good Georgia team.

Our women's team finished the season with a 26 and 3 record and number one RPI rating, co champions of the SEC with Florida. They have been fun to watch this season.

The sweet 64 NCAA women's volleyball teams were announced last night. Penn State got the number one seed, Florida the number 2 seed, Stanford the number 3 seed and out Ky ladies the overall 4th seed. That means they can play all their games this year at home until the final four. I do believe we have the talent and coach to make it to the final four this year. I have seen all 29 of their games the two of their three losses came when their 3 time all SEC libero was out with an injury. We played the 2nd toughest schedule in all over ladies volleyball this year and had great success both on the road and at home. We shared winning the SEC conference championship along with Florida. Our ladies play Friday night at 7:20 from Memorial.
