Have we seen this happen before or what? We correct the problem of starting out slowly and getting behind. 24-3 Looks like we'll probably get at least 60 pts or at least more than 50. No way. We play like hell for a quarter and it looked like we got something known as the Big Head. No more pts in the rest of the half and way up into the 3rd quarter. Just like water, turn it on.......turn it off. This looks like the teams I stood in the stands watching for 8 years. Play a little and then not so much. Can we make every possible mistake there is in the second half. Don't know, but we sure as hell tried.

We're only 2 wins away from being eligible for a bowl. And we're only 8 wins away from an undefeated season. Crap in one hand and wish in the other one and see which one fills up first.

Our running backs? Anyone can have a couple of good runs but it takes a great back to be consistent in his running.

Our QB? Did he really have his head in the game in the second half. Way too many bad misses for his targets in the second half, but there was also some bad drops. Take away our two pick 6s and we have a score of 31-28, a 3 point win. Now that's not what we need to be where we want to be come December, I see some tough and sad games ahead for us. I'll take 7 wins and be happy with it but I know some were looking for 9 wins. We will need a lot of luck to reach that mark but I am already looking for a return trip to Nashville during the bowl season. [Frown]

Yea, me too Bama. Despite a fairly easy win, I remain unimpressed. I’m not sure why.

In years past if we had started 4-0 I would be ecstatic.

Completely agree. We always seem to have players who look great in practice but are not consistent in the games. The time we take getting plays off, if we can score a little and play great defense (most of the time) we will have a chance to win most games. But there will be more than 1 game that we lose in the 4th quarter because we get a penalty, lose a player on defense or miss a great pass. In reality we should have a chance to win anywhere from 6 to 10 games. But it will take a lot of luck to get near 10.
