Three of the five Kentucky Wildcats that entered the transfer portal following the conclusion of spring football have announced where they will continue their college football career.
Davoan Hawkins was the first of the three as last Sunday. He committed to Tennessee State and signed with the school earlier this week.
Hawkins played in two games for the Wildcats as a redshirt freshman last season and recorded three total tackles with a sack.
Fellow defensive tackle Cavon Butler, who was the first Wildcat to enter the transfer portal after the end of the spring season, will be going home to Toledo, as he committed to the Toledo Rockets earlier this week.
He played in just one game and made one total tackle as a true freshman last season. Kentucky played against the Rockets to open the 2019 season, defeating them 38-14 at Kroger Field.
Finally, quarterback Amani Gilmore committed to the University of North Texas Mean Green Tuesday evening.
