My fifth year of working the UK FB games starts tomorrow. It is open practice day with autographs. I will be working the corner area next to the Craft bldg. at the end of the practice center. Hope it don't rain until afternoon.
Next Saturday is Group orientation/cookout day and then the first game is 3 weeks later. Ready to get it on and see if we can surprise some and get more than 6 wins.

Bamacat, this year you should live stream from your position at Kroger Field.

That would be fun if I knew how to do it.

Put in 3 hours at the practice fields today for the Open Practice/Fan Day Luckily I was assigned to one end of the field they did most of their work on in the shade of a video tower. It was hot enough in the shade let alone being in the sun. Don't think the crowd was very big for this thing. Not complaining since I got paid for it. Next Saturday is orientation day and pick up the new ball cap and a couple black shirts for work. I'm still planning on being at the tunnel between the students and the families.

I just bought a pair of tickets for the Mississippi State game on September 22; I will take my youngest daughter to her first college football game. She attends a HUGE university that doesn't even play football, so this should be an experience for her. I hope we can swing by and say "Hi" to you, Bama.
I will be going to my first UK game since 1980-something. I hope the weather is good and we can enjoy a couple of days in Lexington. [ 08-06-2018, 06:30 PM: Message edited by: Tiptree ]

Sounds good. Just look for the 33/34 section entrance and I'll be right around the tunnel somewhere.
