It sounds like Boom is the one to worry about and hopefully he will be ready by kick-off time.
Mark Stoops updated somewhat the injury status of some players after Thursday’s practice.
Running back Boom Williams’ status: “I’m not comfortable commenting right now on his status, OK? I’d rather just not comment on it right now.”
How is offensive guard Zach West doing: “He’s doing good. He was fine this week. No setbacks.”
What is safety A.J. Stamps’ status after taking a big hit at LSU: “He’s held up fine this week. We’ve limited some of his contact, but overall he’s been fine.”
