I think this team is going to be exciting and fun to watch with a lot of big time plays.
Kentucky offensive coordinator Neal Brown is not one to make bold predictions. Never had, never will.
However, he likes the playmakers he has on offense this week.
“They are improved. I really like the guys’ potential that we have,” he said.
Then he warned: “With potential being the key word” because of the team’s youth.
He likes the plays running backs JoJo Kemp, Braylon Heard and Josh Clemons have made. He feels both Ryan Timmons and Javess Blue showed at times last year what they could do at receiver.
“But the rest, we are purely talking about potential,” Brown said. “Fans have got to understand we are still going to be very young. We have a young offensive line, young skilled guys and a young quarterback. But I still think we can make more plays this year.”
