It's players like JoJo that will help the Cats confidence both on and off the gridiron.
Sophomore JoJo Kemp was as confident as any player in recent years when he got to Kentucky that the Wildcats could have a winning program.
After going through a 2-10 season when he was seldom 100 percent, Kemp has not lost confidence in the Wildcats’ future because of the 2014 recruiting class.
“I make sure I keep that in their head. They don’t want to come up here and be losers,” he said of the freshmen. “I came up here and went through a two-win season that didn’t feel so good for my freshman year.
“You have to have the mindset that you want to be something special and I have that mindset, so I am going to keep on pushing until I actually do it.”
