The crime rate in the windy city is also as high as anywhere else in the United States. For University of Kentucky Basketball commit Kahlil Whitney, the signing of his letter of intent is something he plans to provide a positive message for younger children in the area.

Whitney told Forbes this week he plans on returning to his hometown where his grammar school, Gregory Academy, is located to sign his letter of intent to Kentucky. His planned date will be sometime in “late April.”

He may have another reason for waiting also. If we don't play any better than we have been playing he may just decommit.
