Sidney Powell dropped her lawsuit in Georgia today. Here are the allegations, and demands:

quote:
The suit alleges the following:

The software used by the Dominion machines was accessed by agents of malicious actors, such as China and Iran, “in order to monitor and manipulate elections,” including the 2020 election. The allegation is based on a redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence.
“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the suit says.

An affiant, whose name was redacted for security reasons, alleged that the software used by Dominion was designed for Venezuelan government with the specific purpose to rig elections without the risk of getting caught. The affiant said he was part of a national security detail to former Venezuelan socialist dictator Hugo Chavez.

“The purpose of this conspiracy was to create and operate a voting system that could change the votes in elections from votes against persons running the Venezuelan government to votes in their favor in order to maintain control of the government,” he said.

The allegation was corroborated by another witness who “was in an official position related to elections and witnessed manipulations of petitions to prevent a removal of President Chavez.”

Another affiant said he’s the cousin of the former chief executive of Smartmatic, the company that developed the software adopted by Dominion. He said he has personal knowledge that the executive manipulated the company “to ensure the election for Chavez in the 2004 Referendum in Venezuela,” the suit says.

He also testified that the executive, Anthony Mugica, “received tens of millions of dollars from 2003–2015 from the Venezuelan government to ensure Smartmatic technology would be implemented around the world, including in the U.S.,” the suit says.

The vote tallies produced by the Dominion machines can be manipulated by imputing a malicious code with just “7 minutes alone with [the voting machine] and a screwdriver,” according to Andrew Appel, Princeton professor of computer science and election security expert.

A ballot can be spoiled or altered by the Dominion machine because “the ballot marking printer is in the same paper path as the mechanism to deposit marked ballots into an attached ballot box,” a study by University of California–Berkeley said. It indicates that after a voter submits a ballot to the machine, the machine can add additional marks on it.

The voting machines are susceptible to hacking or remote tampering because they are connected to the internet, even though they’re not supposed to be.

“Voting machines were able to be connected to the internet by way of laptops that were obviously internet accessible,” the suit says. “If one laptop was connected to the internet, the entire precinct was compromised.”

Affiant Hari Hursti, a Finnish computer programmer and election security expert, said, “There is evidence of remote access and remote troubleshooting, which presents a grave security implication.”

The voting machines have activity logs that can be overwritten, according to Hursti. That means hackers or malevolent operators can tamper with the results and then erase their steps.

Ronald Watkins, a software and cyber-security expert who reviewed the Dominion software manual, said the machine operators can change the setting to exclude certain ballots from being counted (based on how much of the “bubble” they had filled in to indicate a vote for a candidate). Scans of the excluded ballots are placed in a separate folder and the operator can delete them simply using Windows File Manager.

Watkins said that to report the final vote counts, the machine operator would copy and paste the “Results” folder from the machine onto a USB drive.

“While a simple procedure, this process may be error-prone and is very vulnerable to malicious administrators,” he said.

There are no procedures that would ensure the security of the USB drives used to report vote tallies from precincts. In one Georgia County, 3,300 votes were found on memory sticks not loaded into the central vote tally system, the suit says.

The test report and secretary of state certificate for the voting machines are undated.

Smartmatic faces litigation over “glitches” that allegedly affected the 2010 and 2013 mid-term elections in the Philippines, “raising questions of cheating and fraud,” the suit says.

Between 31,559 and 38,886 absentee ballots were returned by Republican voters, but were not counted, according to an analysis by expert witness Williams Briggs, a statistician and former Cornell Medical School professor, based on a phone survey of potentially affected GOP voters by the team of former Trump campaign member Matt Braynard.

Between 16,938 and 22,771 Republican voters received absentee ballots they didn’t request, based on the same analysis. That indicates unlawful absentee requests, the suit alleges.

Based on Braynard’s analysis of voter registrations and change-of-address requests, 20,311 absentee or early voters in Georgia voted even though they had moved out of state, which the state prohibits.

Georgia entered into an unlawful consent agreement with Democratic Party agencies that gutted the effectiveness of matching signatures on absentee ballot envelopes with signatures on record with the authorities. The matching was reduced “to a broad process with discretion, rather than enforcement of the signature requirement as statutorily required,” the suit says.

The signature matching procedure was influenced by “guidance and training materials” produced by the Democratic Party.

Gov. Brian Kemp illegally authorized election officials to open outer envelopes of absentee ballots three weeks before the election. Georgia law “clearly prohibits opening absentee ballots prior to election day,” the suit says.

Georgia’s hand recount of the presidential race was illegitimate for a lack of meaningful observation.

“Democrat-majority counties provided political parties and candidates, including the Trump Campaign, no meaningful access or actual opportunity to review and assess the validity of mail-in ballots during the pre-canvassing meetings,” the suit says.

The allegation is based on multiple recount observer testimonies.

Votes for President Donald Trump were placed during the recount into vote piles for Trump’s opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden. The allegation is based on multiple observer testimonies, as well as an undercover video produced by Project Veritas, an undercover journalism nonprofit.

Some ballots from the “No Vote” and “Jorgensen” trays were moved to the “Biden” tray. One witness made the allegation.

Many voters weren’t allowed to cancel their mail-in ballot on Election Day and vote in person. One witness made the allegation.

The same witness alleged that many voters were denied the option to cast a provisional ballot on Election Day “when a mail-in ballot has already been received for them, but when they did not cast those mail-in ballots,” the suit says.

Signatures on mail-in ballot envelopes weren’t verified during the recount, one witness alleged. “At no time did I witness any Recounter or individual participate in the recount verifying signatures [on mail-in ballots],” the affiant said.

Some counties didn’t actually recount the ballots by hand, but instead used machines.

One batch of ballots was suspiciously “pristine.” Almost all were for Biden. The allegation is based on an observer testimony, who professed “20 years of experience of handling ballots.”

One batch of ballots “was pristine” and “there was a difference in the texture of the paper,” according to the witness.

“I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device,” she said.
The ballots also “included a slight depressed pre-fold so they could be easily folded and unfolded for use in the scanning machines.”
The same witness also alleged that at one precinct in Milton, Georgia, poll workers were “asked to sign the chain of custody letter on Sunday, even though the machines were not delivered until 2:00 AM in the morning on Election Day.”

In addition, the machines “were not sealed or locked, the serial numbers were not what were reflected on the related documentation,” she said.

Many batches of ballots were “100% for Biden,” one witness alleged.

The same witness also alleged “that the watermark on at least 3 ballots were solid gray instead of transparent, leading me to believe the ballot was counterfeit.” Local elections director offered the explanation that the ballots in question came from a different printer.

Authorities lied by claiming vote counting was paused in Fulton County because of “a water leak affecting the room where absentee ballots were being tabulated.”

“The only water leak that needed repairs at State Farm Arena from November 3 – November 5 was a toilet overflow that occurred earlier on November 3. It had nothing to do with a room with ballot counting,” the suit says.

After everyone was “sent home,” one witness “saw election workers remaining behind after people were told to leave, the suit says, alleging that several people stayed behind to continue counting ballots without any observers present.

Demands

The lawsuit asks the court to order Georgia to do the following:

de-certify the election results

not transmit the currently certified election results to the Electoral College

transmit instead certified election results that state that Trump is the winner of the election

impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the plaintiffs

not count votes received or tabulated by machines that weren’t certified as required by federal and state law

produce 36 hours of security camera footage of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County

Not sure that counts as evidence to you, MM, but it sure does to me.

I would like to know why they were counted from machines that are required to be certified by federal and state laws but weren't certified ?!?!?!?!? That makes absolutely no sense in anyway !!! That and all the mail in ballots, the not counting till after election day is ridiculous !!! If you can't have the votes counted by the end of voting day then they shouldn't count. There were states sending out mail in ballots a month or more before the election. If you couldn't get your ballot in, in that length of time you don't deserve to have it counted !!! This was a total cluster from the beginning !!!

I agree that not allowing mail-in ballots to be counted before election day is ridiculous. Each state has it's own rules so, thankfully, it's not a nationwide problem.

I voted by mail for the first time ever this year (Covid) and I have no doubt my vote was cast and counted properly, securely and as I intended.

I may or may not vote by mail in the future, depends...before this year it never crossed my mind...didn't even know how to go about it...but it ain't hard to do and It's safe and secure...many safeguards...Alabama has a very good mail-in system that I am perfectly comfortable with.

It doesn't matter what they come up with, it will all be treated the same as everything that has been discovered during the 4 years of investigation that was asked for by Trump. If it's a Dem. then nothing will be done to that person. The only hope is at the Supreme court, and then I'm not so sure anything will ever be changed. The Dems think they are in charge even when they are outnumbered. So as killer Clinton would say, "what difference does it make"?

Interesting take on what happened.

Wayne Root is a Vegas legend.

By Wayne Allyn Root

I’ve been a Las Vegas odds maker and sports gaming expert for four
decades- long before I became known as a nationally syndicated
conservative talk show host. I understand odds and gambling in a way
that no other conservative media personality, host, or politician in
this country could.

And I can tell you something is very wrong with this presidential
election. It reminds me of a fixed football game. Remember the famous
fixed 1978 game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles.
The Giants quarterback handed the ball off. The running back didn’t
want it. It fell on the ground. Herm Edwards of the Eagles picked it
up and ran it into the end zone with seconds left for a last second
victory. Every bettor in the world knows that game was fixed. It
doesn’t matter if you can prove it. We all know.

Gamblers also feel the same way about this presidential election. This
presidential election is rancid. It feels as fixed as that
Giants-Eagles NFL football game. Let me give you the details of this
election- from a gambler’s perspective.

Trump entered the night a 2 to 1 underdog. As soon as the polls
started to close and the picture became clear, Trump’s odds quickly
moved to even money. Then Trump became the slight favorite. Then a
moderate favorite. Then a 2-to-1 favorite. Then 3 to 1. 4 to 1. 5 to
1. 6 to 1. 7 to 1. Finally, Trump moved to 8 to 1 favorite.

What does all this mean? Bettors putting their money on the line
during Election Night have always proven to be deadly accurate. Smart
bettors can clearly see what direction a race is taking. Bettors
around the world clearly saw what I saw, when they stared at the
electoral map- Trump was headed for an electoral landslide. But
something wasn’t quite right. Fox News wouldn’t call Florida for
Trump- even though he was ahead by a mile. They wouldn’t call Ohio-
even though Trump was ahead by a mile, They wouldn’t call Texas- even
though Trump was ahead by a mile. I sat there screaming at my
television.

More strange calls. Fox News had called Virginia for Biden at the
start of the night- with Trump well ahead in Virginia. Trump would
remain ahead in Virginia for three long hours after Fox awarded the
electoral votes to Biden. Why would they do that? What was the rush?
It made no sense.

Biden was awarded Virginia with Trump ahead. But Trump was ahead by a
mile in Florida, Ohio and Texas, yet Fox News refused to award him the
electoral votes. I knew at that moment, something was wrong. Something
smelled fishy. Something was rotten in the DC Swamp.Bettors witnessed
Trump dominating. He clearly won not only those key states of Florida,
Ohio and Texas, but Trump also enjoyed large leads in the entire
Midwest- Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa. It was all but
over. Trump had an electoral landslide. Hence the massive 8 to 1 odds
in favor of Trump.

And then it happened. It was the most bizarre call in Election Night
history. Fox News called Arizona for Biden. Why? It wasn’t even close
to over. There was no reason on earth to make that call. Arizona is
STILL not over 8 days later. CNN still hasn’t awarded Arizona. ABC
pulled it back from Biden only 24 hours ago.

Why would Fox News be in such a rush to call Arizona for Biden? At
that moment, Trump’s odds crashed almost instantly from 8 to 1, back
down to 2 to 1. That drop set off alarm bells. My friend who is one of
the biggest bookmakers in the country called me to say, “Wayne,
something is wrong. I’ve never seen a drop like that, let alone a drop
that fast. How can Trump go from 8 to 1, to 2 to 1. Someone knows
something. We’ve got a problem.”

It was as if someone had decided in advance to give Arizona to Biden-
whether he won it, or not. It was as if the secret code was known to
only a few billionaire gamblers, “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden.”
Six magic words. Someone was ready for that call. Someone waited until
Trump was a prohibitive 8 to 1 favorite, then knew to bet millions of
dollars on Biden at the longest odds of the night. Someone knew the
fix was in. Someone made a fortune.

There’s more to the story. First, by awarding both Virginia and
Arizona to Biden way too early in the evening and also going super
slow awarding states to Trump where he led by a mile, Fox News made
sure Biden had the electoral lead all night. That’s another big part
of the story. Just like the fake pollsters suppressed Trump voters for
months in advance of the election with polls falsely showing Trump
losing by a landslide, fake “news desk” employees sure appeared to be
suppressing Trump votes on Election Night. And also creating an air of
invincibility for Biden. If Biden led in every poll before the
election, and led all night in electoral votes, then it wouldn’t look
like a fix was in, when Biden suddenly wound up the winner the morning
after. Right?

One more piece of the puzzle. From almost the moment that secret code
“Fox News awards Arizona to Biden” was spoken, three key Midwest
battleground states with Democrat Governors all decided to stop
counting votes for the night, with Trump way ahead. Why? Why all
three, at the same time? Like they were coordinated in advance.
Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania all mysteriously quit counting
around midnight.

To add to the idea of a fix, these states merely claimed they were
stopping counting for the night. After TV cameras and Republican poll
watchers were all sent home, these Democrat states all resumed
counting, suddenly finding all the ballots they needed to overcome
large Trump leads.

I actually took screen shots before I went to bed. Trump was winning
Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting. He was up
in Wisconsin by over 100,000. In Pennsylvania he was up almost 700,000
votes. But in the wee hours of the morning I took a new screenshot.
Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin and 30,000 in Michigan.
How’d that happen? I thought they stopped counting?

It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox News.

Folks, someone knew. The fix was in. A few key people made millions
betting on this election. They knew the exact minute to jump in. They
knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to a Biden victory,
with the help of a fake TV network call and fake ballots.

They knew Arizona was going to be called way too early. They knew that
fake Arizona call would trigger vote counting to stop and massive
ballot fraud to begin.

I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide. But bettors all over
the world know in our guts exactly what happened. The fix was in, no
different than that famous NY Giants-Philadelphia Eagle fix in 1978 at
the Meadowlands.

Trump was robbed. This election was stolen.

Thanks for posting that. I'm going to show it to my wife. I told her on election night that someone was going to be making a ton of money off of Biden making a comeback to win the election.

She was confused. I said I was watching the Vegas odds and they moved too quickly in Trump's favor without the swings states being called. It was so odd. The author of the article is correct as well with FOX calling Arizona in a flash for Biden. Once that happened the odds quickly moved back down.

I only wish I would have put more than $20 on Biden at 6:1 odds.

I generally do not believe in conspiracy theories, but I have believed since 1991 that nearly all professional sporting events are fixed and Men's Collegiate Basketball and Football tournaments are fixed. You can just point to way to many examples through the years for it all to just be coincidence.

Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.

Well, James and Hunter are both under federal investigation. The old saying goes, The Nut Doesn't Fall Far From the Tree! Yeah, I'd say that describes the whole thing in a nut shell.

Amazing that even Barr states today that he knew about the Hunter situation several months ago but wasn't going to bring it up?

When Trump said it was Him against the World, he wasn't kidding, was he?

Yeah those same guys that we're wiling to replace and stuff the Supreme court in order to have what we want America be Damned! At least we know they are afraid of the liberal party! They obviously aren't doing their job! Surprise things will be really interesting the next 2 years! By then they can probably find another way to steal more votes in the midterm election too!

God Help the USA! We're going to need it! Can't wait to pay for a college education I never got! If I'm lucky I might be able to pay for someone else's mortgage while I'm at it! WOOHOO!

But, it's nice to know that once the election is over that not only Hunter but James and the entire Biden family is under federal investigation. The Nut doesn't fall far from the tree! And LUCKY US, we're getting the entire Obama cabinet back for a second go round. Surprised BHO isn't on his cabinet too, someone with a sound mind is going to have to make the decisions!

Heaven forbid states like Texas would recognize improper election goings on in other states, so basically the SCOTUS is saying that anything goes for future elections! Someone has got their foot in the door so we'll see how far we can push the envelope next time! Russia interfered, you didn't hear anything about interference this time did you! Funny how that worked out for us! Well, time will tell where this country will be in 4 years, we might be about 35 trillion dollars in debt by then!

Nah! We'll be bankrupt by then. Of course most of us will be dead in the water also. They know what they're doing. It was planned for biden to have to step aside because of the family graft so Kamala can take over and make AOC her vice president and shoot all the cows. The planes and cars will all be forced to report to the pitswhere they can be melted down. Don't think they will be able to raise enough money to pay for all the tuitions for very long as people with money will not have money for very long. And when they cheat to win the senate races in Georgia this country will be on fire. Conservatives can only control themselves for so long. I expect a civil war in this country before they can get the covid 19 destroyed. That's ok I guess. The liberals wanted this and now they will have to figure out what they are going to do with it. And Shame on the SCOTUS and Barr. You never really know who the enemy is until the chips hit the table.

Of course Norm ... the libtards will take all the credit for everything that is good and blame President Trump for anything that is wrong. Of course we have to remember President Trump developed "The Vid" himself !!!

Personally, I don't care what you call it, if it is safe and effective I'm going to take it...and so will every other sensible person.

If it would make Trump and his followers feel better maybe Pfizer could stamp Trump's signature on every vile and require all recipients to take a loyalty oath.

I wouldn't say a whole lot about pardons just yet. Trump is still in office, and has plenty of time to add more names to Flynn and Stone...including himself and his entire family!

Stone was not pardoned. His sentence was commuted. I would consider betting money that Mister Biden tries to take credit for this vaccine. Even if he doesn't, the "news" media will give him credit for it.

By the way, I'd like for you to enlighten us on what Mister Trump and is family's crimes are. The only one I can think of was his beating Hillary in 2016.

OK?

Who cares? The word on the street is the vaccine will immunize both republicans and democrats.

Oh, yeah, I'll take that bet Norm.

Look, I give Trump credit for Operation Warp Speed, with the backing and funding from the federal government things can get done much faster.

Well, so far there isn't any that I'm personally aware of....but there is this:

That's what I like about the left. Even though your claims have been proved untrue you are still right in your own eyes and you still can't drop your claims of wrongdoing.

I had to get off of Facebook, because two of my own children hate everything conservative, and think the democrats are as pure as the driven snow. I say that to reiterate that I have no personal animosity against M.M. I'm pretty sure he Hates the Trumps, almost as much as they do. That being said, using Newsweek and Politico as proof of Trump's sins, is akin to us using Fox News to prove Donald Trump and his family are as innocent as babies. M.M, I'm pretty sure you and I could be pretty good friends if we left political discussions out of our conversations. I wish you and your wife well. I had two sons in law. We lost one in 2002, at age 42, with bladder, bone and brain cancer. I have never been close to the second one, just because of politics. I once asked him if he had ever voted for a republican. His answer: "No republican has ever been worthy of my vote. He didn't have to say any more to let me know what he thought of Millie and me. He has been diagnosed with colon cancer, and we pray for him every day, anyway.

I would bet my house on it, Norm. If you and I met as strangers and sat down for a couple tokes, er, uh, drinks we would get along great...don't want to speculate on how we would be acting after the 5th drink though. [Smile]

Wishing you and Miss Millie the best also, Norm.

You guys are Uk fans!! I hope you will quit arguing about politics. Sometime back, I think I mentioned that we are Americans first. No one wins a political argument.
I am so glad to see these last few posts that are discussing peace.

m. Hamilton,
It would be good if yo will give it a try. You still have enough of your mind to post on this board. I know I'm not the oldest guy on this board, but I am old and have seen how often peace can cause happiness.

I haven't seen Handy for a while. Cal must have seen how bad his team was and hired him back. If so, he has a LOT of work to do.

I’m still around. Just taking a short break for a variety of reasons. Too many posters on here I consider friends to ever leave this board for long. Too bad so many of you are wrong on a variety of topics as I have continued to be a regular reader.

I thought it was a good time to take a short break for several reasons.

UK football has returned to, well, UK football.

The best we can hope for with UK basketball 🏀 this year is a nice shiny participation trophy. Tip, Cal is begging for my help. I’ve told him no way this team is going to take my advisory record down. Me and coach Ratface has that in common.

The results of the elections were becoming a little too intense for my mental health. Hopefully the “civil debate” will become more civilized now that the presidential election has been finalized. Pointing the finger at myself here as much as anybody else.

Dr Clyde, I’ve actually had my mind changed on a variety of political topics through the years by reading different views on here. It’s a shame that many of us take it personally when someone has a different opinion other than our own. I resemble that remark at times.

I hope you have all learned some little something from this rather long rambling post. My goal is to educate those who are not blessed with my superior BS.
