Fast Food Staff Refuse First Responders: "We Don't Serve Your Kind Here."

This is a bizarre twist to the ever-growing lunacy we see from liberals but a McDonald's employee refused to serve a paramedic because he and his partner were in uniform. No kidding.

While police officers have been denied service at fast food establishments, this discourtesy has typically not been extended to paramedics.

According to WFTS-TV, two paramedics entered a McDonald's location in Madeira Beach on Wednesday night. An employee told both of these paramedics separately that they would not be served because they were wearing badges.

In a review he wrote of the incident, one of the paramedics, Anthony Quinn, said that a worker at the McDonald's had initially told him, "we don't accept officers in here." But when he explained that he was a paramedic and not a police officer, the employee changed the rule to include "anyone with a badge."

According to Newsweek, Caspers- the company which runs the Madeira Beach McDonald's, apologized to the paramedic for the employee's actions and said they have since been fired.

"We are aware of the unfortunate incident that took place at one of our restaurants last night. We, like you, were upset and disappointed and took immediate action," a spokesperson told ABC Action News.

"The employee has been terminated. What occurred does not reflect the values of our brand, our franchise, or the love and admiration we have demonstrated consistently for our friends in law enforcement and first responders. We have reached out to offer our sincerest apology."

The company also confirmed to WTSP that the employee was "no longer with the organization."

Watch The Clip Below.

Last year, two police officers claimed they were mocked and refused service while attempting to order food at a Burger King in Louisiana.

At least this story had a decent ending but let's not forget that Dems like Bernie Sanders want to pay people like that $15 an hour to turn-away first responders.
