A state representative has introduced a bill that would make Chicago the 51st state. I understand that it is getting some support. Personally, I'm ok with it as long as they build a wall around it and make Chicago pay for it.

Chicago can vote all they want, including the dead people. Congress has to approve it. I don’t see it happening Neither do I see California splitting. Wouldn’t mind seeing the liberal coastal cities become their own state and have the rest of Cali along with San Diego be another state.
