Now I'm hearing charges of Judge Kavanaugh trying to see up a girls skirt in the class room when they were both in the 3rd grade. For shame! We can't have a pervert like that on the Supreme Court.

On a serious note, this accusation stinks to high heaven. They've known about this for 6 weeks and they are just now bringing it out? It is an obvious and rather pathetic move to delay the proceedings. What scares me is there is the possibility of it succeeding.

When in high school I "may" have been drinking and groped at a girl. I sure hope this confession doesn't get me kicked off this board.

They are now saying this lady has already taken a polygraph test and passed it, also has obtained an attorney etc. This might be one of the dirtiest tricks the democrats have come up with in a long time. Even if it did happen, that was what most people consider a part of growing up. Sounds like this lady is a real drama queen looking for some fame.

Also just heard that Kavanaugh's mother was a judge, and presided over a foreclosure hearing for this woman's parents. Much of a grudge? She is also a far left college professor that marched in the "Women's March" after Trumps inauguration, wearing one of those silly 'p*ssy hats. A dyed in the wool left wing activist.

Norm, I think you hit the nail on the head. She is extremely far left and her judgement has been clouded by her personal political beliefs.

Maybe some small incident did happen 36 years ago but I have serious doubts that it was anything more than what any cute high school girls then and today put up with.

Showing my ignorance as I had to look up Meric Garland. I'm just a little too sharp for you MM as I finally found who I think you were referencing under Merick Garland. 😜

Unfortunately, in today's world that's just the way politics works. The days of crossing party lines for the good of the country are long past. Obama was horrible in unifying our country and Trump is equally bad.

I honestly believe that Kavanaugh is a good and honest man that is highly qualified. As someone has already said, the Democrats lost the election and we will have another conservative justice on the Supreme Court. One way or another.

I always knowed yous smarter'n me hc, just didn't no you wus that smart.

In all seriousness, this stuff going on with Kavanaugh is a bunch of sh!t, imo.

Also, I really don't blame McConnell or the Republicans for Garland...I blame the Democrats for letting them get away with it.

The Democrats were so arrogant and full of themselves about winning the election they let Garland's nomination set for 14 months with barely a challenge...hardly a campaign issue.

I agree there is going to be a conservative judge appointed sooner or later....Like they say...if you want to appoint judges you have to win elections.

I think we can all agree, the republican party have gone too far to the right and the democratic party have gone too far to the left. We need both parties working to improve life for the every day americans and we just don't see that happening and it doesn't seem to have happened since the second term of the Bush administration. What ever happened to moderates, are there any of them left in either party representing us on Capitol Hill?

I agree the Democrat party has been marching towards socialism for a long time and now they are about to make it their platform.

Trump was the candidate brave enough to run on a border wall. That is one of the things that got him elected.

The democrats and the media are claiming that it is hip to be un patriotic while telling the country that if you are a republican you are racist and hate women.

I do not like the republican party that is in power in Congress. They have failed to fund the border wall.

I hope more incumbents lose their seats and Trump's agenda gets pushed through for the good of the country.

The Kavanaugh accuser is linked to George Soros.

Is anyone surprised by this?

And we see the media and hollywood labeling the good judge a rapist.

Pls correct me if I me if I am wrong but didn't the dems under Harry Reid change the rules on nominations and other legalistic agenda items (obama care) by using the "nuclear option) whereas now a simple majority passes stuff instead of 60 votes.

I think McConnell has said to the dems "you started it now live with it"..

This the Dem's nuclear football tactic to try and delay the vote, until after the midterms.

At the very least, they may think they have besmirched the Man's reputation enough to keep him from being voted in.

Another "accuser" comes out of the woodwork. This is not about nominating a person to the Supreme Court". It's about liberals verses conservatives. More specifically, pro-life verses pro-choice. It's already been said but elections have consequences. Live with it.

The hard core liberals have no problems destroying a good man's life.

In all fairness, I guess I should say the same thing about hard core conservatives.

It is simple in my simple mind: They hate Trump and they think it's every woman's right to kill her baby. The weird thing is, if someone murders a pregnant woman, they are charged with two murders. Go figure.

If the woman is killed and is pregnant, maybe it is assumed that she values the life of her unborn child.

In the case of abortion, if the mother sees no value in the unborn child, then society has no issue with her killing it.

I, personally, don't agree with abortion. But, I do if it is the result of rape. There are those that don't even agree with that line of thinking.

Ford swore with 100% certainty that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her. Kavanaugh swore with 100% certainty that he did not...somebody is lying or, at the very least, seriously mistaken. She has taken a lie detector test and is calling for an FBI investigation, he refuses to do either. My question is why?

1. she didnt produce a taped version of the lie detector results
2 she didnt produce the therapist notes as she said she would
3. her fear of flying was bogus - concocted by the dems
4. the judge has had six fbi investigations without any negative material''
5. any more investigations are strictly a delaying tactic to give cover for the dems seeking reelection in red states i.e WV and IND
6. the dems are using Ford by leaking her letter to Feinstein to the newspapers thus she is colloidal damage which will be forgotten as these hearings end..
7. her allegations are about like "MM I believe you robbed a bank 30 or 40 yrs ago,? Now it is up to you to disprove that!

This was strictly a sham perpetrator by the dems to derail a very well qualified cons nominated by a President whom they hate..

Gee....my first guess is that it is not federal jurisdiction

my second guess is that the lying ***** has no proof

my third is that George Soros is directly linked to her attorney....Why is that a big deal? Because he is likely paying her a ton of money in cash and making sure she will have free legal representation if she gets sued for libel.

I am guessing the lie detector test is a sham

Another fun fact is that Kavenaugh's mother was the judge that presided in Ford's parents bankruptcy

Ford is a known flaming liberal

Let me count the ways that this whole scenario is left wing propaganda

What can the investigate. She does not know who drove her to the party or who drove her home from the party, she named the people who were there and all have written letters to the committee that they were never at a party where anything like this happened and don't even recall ever being at a house party with her. She does not even know whose house the party was at. She did not know that the Committee offered to go to California for the private interview with her but her attorneys passed on this. Her fear of flying was bogus, she flies all over the world on vacation and business. This woman is obviously being paid by the Democratic party to lie and try to destroy a good man's life. She was a drama queen in my book and always will be. Typical Caliornia liberal who would do anything to keep a conservative judge from taking becoming a Supreme Court Justice.

Diane Feinstein should be rode out of Washington on a rail. It is obvious she sat on this data for six weeks and that her office leaked it as a stalling tactic at the 11th hour. It is going to backfire on the democrats in November as this will certainly fire up the Republican base and get them out to vote to keep the Republican party in control of the senate.

I lived in DC for 34 years, was very active in politics while there and in all my years of following politics, this might be the dirtiest trick I have ever seen either party pull to try to ruin a good man's life. These hearing were a sad day for American Justice. What ever happened to the Innocent until proven guilty. Even Ford's best girlfriend who was supposed to be with her at the party has no recollection of it. This is definitely a witch hunt, hopefully it fails and this good judge becomes a Supreme Court Justice by this time next week.

In all her choking up and emotional testimony, she didn't wipe one tear. When the democrats asked her questions, her eyes kept going to her notes while answering; the questions and answers were obviously rehearsed. Just my unprofessional observations.

Her not flying, not allowing the committee come to her are all tactics to make time pass without anything happening.

The sad thing about this whole situation is; no matter who Trump had selected as the next Supreme Court Justice he wasn't going to get a single Democratic vote. After this FBI investigation there still won't be a single Dem vote for Kavanaugh.

MM, dick cancer may not be as serious as you think. Granted, it should be of concern and one generally should seek medical advice. However, a buddy with a good sharp Case pocket knife and a quart of bourbon can achieve the same result. The after effects at my age are minimal. By the way, we who have the name of Richard prefer to this affliction as pecker cancer and the treatment as pecker amputation. I've provided a link for you to review. When they refer to penile or penis, that is the same thing as dick or pecker. Hope you find this helpful.

I just read this article in our local paper and I also thought it would be of interest to fellow posters. Perhaps Dr Clyde might have some thoughts on this interesting topic.

Dear Dr. Roach: Twice in the past year I have been diagnosed with Bowen's disease of the penis. How common is this? I have been told that it is normally associated with men who have not been circumcised. This is not the case with me. I am 81 years old, and was circumcised in my youth. I am not a sun worshipper and now I am diagnosed with skin cancer on my penis.

A: "Bowen's disease" is another name for squamous cell carcinoma in situ of the skin. The term "in situ" means that although it is a cancer, it has not yet invaded the surrounding tissues. Bowen's disease is most common on the head and neck, but can occur virtually anywhere on the body. Some people with Bowen's disease of the penis have a velvety-red plaque that goes by the remarkable name of erythroplasia of Queyrat.
In North America, cancer of the penis is quite rare, with only about 8 cases per million men. Risk factors include a history of genital warts, smoking, previous injury or tear to the penis and urinary tract infection. Both circumcised and uncircumcised men with a history of phimosis, a ring of thick skin around the penis, are at higher risk for penile cancer. Although uncircumcised men are at higher risk for phimosis, "this risk can be largely eliminated with good hygiene and by avoiding excessive retraction of the foreskin."

In other words avoid excessive masturbation and wash your pecker regularly.
