Kentucky’s lead in the SEC now stands at two games after Auburn surprisingly fell to Georgia on Wednesday night. The Bulldogs entered the game just 2-10 in the SEC.

With the loss, Auburn is now tied for second place with LSU and Florida. Each team has a 9-4 conference record. Kentucky leads the league with an 11-2 record and five games to play.

Auburn and LSU are reeling. Bruce Pearl’s team has been upset two games in a row -- Auburn lost at Missouri on Saturday -- and struggled to survive in games prior to that. In a five-game stretch from Jan. 28 until Feb. 12, Auburn went 5-0. Four of those wins, however, came in overtime or double overtime. The only win in regulation was against Kentucky. The Tigers return to Rupp Arena on Feb. 29.

I want revenge on Auburn. I bet they don't shoot 44 free throws in Rupp.

That was a travesty. I don't think I have ever been so angry after a game since Christian Laettner.

I know what your saying Norm, especially about Christian Laettner. I think the most detested player ever to play against our Cats. Bar NONE!
