KSR says it's a low ankle sprain. They were afraid it was an Achilles. Cal said he might play Tuesday and he might not.

Cal probably will see how the game is going and use Hagan accordingly.

I doubt Hagans will sit out with a low ankle sprain. They will tape that bad boy up and he will kill it like he did last year.

I hate ankle sprains. I haven't had one in years and I still have trouble with my ankles!

That would mean more PT for Quickly which would be good news.

I second the motion for more Quickley!
Offensively, we are not getting much from our second forward position lately. Richards has certainly come into his own and cemented his spot at center, but Sestina has faded and EJ just isn't much of an offensive threat. Neither Whitney nor Brooks are helping when they are on the floor.
I love the 3-guard lineup when Maxey, Quckley, and Hagans are on the floor with Richards and another forward. I hope Sestina finds his shooting eye again, because he is the best option. Short of that, EJ and Richards make a decent "twin tower" combo, but EJ cannot put points on the board like Sestina can. If Brooks or Whitney could mature into solid players, we would be set.

Worse sprain I ever had was when I landed wrong after a double reverse slam dunk. I think I was in the 6th grade at the time. I made it and won the game in triple OT. Coach Hobbs said he had never seen anything like that out of a 17 year old kid. [ 01-06-2020, 01:38 PM: Message edited by: handycat ]

Darn it, Handy, dunks don't count when the goal is only 6 feet off the floor. How many times must you be reminded of this?
