UConn is a #2 seed. Louisville is the #1 seed in UConn's bracket.
Here are the final rankings (AP is same as coaches):
1 - Baylor 31-1
2 - UConn 31-2
3 - Notre Dame 30-3
4 - Mississippi St 30-2
5 - Louisville 29-3
Here are the #1 seeds in the women's tournament:
Baylor
Notre Dame
Louisville
Mississippi St
Makes no sense at all.

It appears they use the same formula as the men's NCAA committee. They draw the names out of a hat.
