After two high-profile commitments in two days, John Calipari took to Twitter to do a little boasting, poke a little fun at those who have said he’s lost his touch, and perhaps tease that UK’s recruiting efforts for next season aren’t quite finished.
“#BBN, have you enjoyed breakfast the last couple days?” the Kentucky coach said. “We like to be transparent at Kentucky, but let me say this: No one truly knows what we are doing until it’s done. Finished yet?”
The Cats landed commitments from five-star power forward EJ Montgomery on Monday and five-star point guard Ashton Hagans on Tuesday. Montgomery was the top available post player in the class of 2018. Hagans is the top-ranked point guard in the class of 2019, though he’s widely expected to reclassify this summer, jump to 2018, and join UK’s team for next season.
So, finished yet? Probably not.

I watched Tyler Herro play in the Jordan Brand Classic Sunday and he looks to be the real deal. Good size for a guard, good ball handler, good court vision and great outside shooter. Zion Williamson stated that he felt Herro was probably the most underrated player in the Jordan Brand game.
It sounds like Cal has his swagger back.

I am glad we gotMontgomery as I expected, and Hagans also. Everyone should remember that this recruiting season has just about copied last season. the three guys Cal wanted at the beginning are on the Duke roster. I hope our guys play just as well as Dukes guys but I'll remember that they weren't the top kids he really wanted. If Hagans moves to the 2018 class we will have a good five freshmen. I hope he has another 1 or 2 guys yet to sign.

I believe that the Cat's class will be better in the end than dukes. They may have the the top 3 recruits be they play the same position.

I had not realized that rltk4uk.
By the way, no one ever tells me "good observation". Wonder why that is?

Well Handy, you did have a good one on Facebook the other day, when you said, "I only had to pee twice last night". Wonder if Zuckerberg archived that one? [ 04-11-2018, 08:12 AM: Message edited by: Old Norm ]

Facebook 'archives' everything. Then they use it to provide hyper-fine targeting to advertisers.
Handy, expect some "flowmax" ads as you browse the internet for years to come. :eek

Ah, I wouldn't worry about the FBI. The government won't pay Facebook's exorbitant rates for the data.
But everybody else has you in their crosshairs.
