Yep we're young, inexperienced and the season is just beginning but these two "wins" against mid majors is causing me some early season doubts.

I'm concerned also but.........I have picked them to go 26-4. I think they lose to KS, MO, A&M and FL away. I may be too optimistic but I think they will learn fast before they get too far along. They will have a few games under their belt before UCLA and Louisv. and those two aren't going to be as tough as I thought earlier.

I believe we have a large number of individual STARS. However, they are all young. They are not a good team yet. I think they will be a great team in another several games away from home.

Cal has some talent in this years squad but as usual they are young. Give Cal some time and this team will be just as talented as many other of Cal's teams just like Bama and Clydeh point out.

I like this team, and even if they lose a few games I believe come tourney time they'll put it all together. There's enough talent to win #9 weather they do it or not we'll have to see.

We all need to understand that it will be ugly early on with this team. They are still learning to play together and learn their roles - as is Cal.
Come late January, this team should be clicking on all cylinders. Until then, we all need to take the good with the bad.
