University of Kentucky point guard De'Aaron Fox believes he's the best prospect in the 2017 NBA draft, even if he doesn't end up as the No. 1 overall selection June 22.

On Friday, John Jackson of the Associated Press (via NBA.com) passed along comments the 19-year-old New Orleans native made about the battle with fellow point guards Markelle Fultz and Lonzo Ball atop the draft class.

"I feel like I'm the best," Fox said at the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago. "If they're drafted above me, I'm cool with it. You have to play basketball at the end of the day."

I agree with him. I think he is better than the two left coast players but I may be partial since he is a part of our UK family.

Fox had good shooting stats other than his 3 point shooting.

48% fg, 24.6% 3pt and 73.6% f/t%.

I think Monk has the most upside. I believe he will be an all star.

Monk was 45% from the field, 40% from the 3 point line and 82% from the line.

I didn't get to see Fultz play, but I did see Fox tear Ball up. When Fox develops a consistent jump shot, he will be an all star. I can see him being a John Wall type player. Amazing speed, great vision, good defender, and solid jump shot.

Monk is a star already and very easily could be a top 10 pick. The Knicks are very high on Monk and Fox too.
