Cats that will leave imo:
Seniors-Mulder-Hawkins and Willis
Sophomore- Briscoe
Freshmen-Monk-Fox-Bam. Gabriel should stay but he could leave too.

I fear Sacha-Kalena Jones will transfer after the season is over. He does not appear to be happy on the bench and Rex Chapman on the radio show last week said he hoped he would return rather than transfer but indicated that unless you play under Cal as a freshman, you probably will not be a starter as a sophmore.

There's GOT to be a reason that Jones stays on the bench. IMO, he either does not put out in practice, or just isn't as good as advertised.

Norm, he is the youngest member of the team age wise. A lot of these 5 star McDonald's All American big men don't always turn out to be great college players. I thought he got off to a good start at UK but he has not been in any games lately. Maybe he has developed an attitude for not getting playing time, who knows.

I believe Jones was overhyped, but he is also young. The UK situation is not good for his future if he really is going to get better.

After the 3 seniors leave the rest is questionable. We have 4 guys who could all be drafted (or at least try to get drafted).

Briscoe has ups and downs, even during a game. He is inconsistent in all aspects of his game and should try another year but with the incoming guards he may just say what the heck and go play for a D League team.

Bam has physical attributes that make him available on sheer potential. On my list he should return to see if he can improve his game other than dunks, footwork, position, shooting, blocking out, using his body without fouling, etc. He has just about everything to work on. Sign for the draft but return for 1 more year.

Monk needs to learn how to grab some rebounds instead of how to snowbird all the time for wide open dunks. He is very inconsistent with his 3, he's either on or he's off. He needs a whole lot of defensive work but when he learns that he won't be open for snowbirding. I'm not sure whether he wants to hang around and work on anything. I believe all he sees is green and an open basket.

Fox has the speed to play in thye NBA but his shot is not near what it needs to be. His defense is also questionable. Fox may have the desire to stay and work on his shot but probably not.

Jones is better than Bam offensively, from what I've seen on youtube. It's a shame he doesn't get any playing time. If the coaching staff can't improve a player with his athleticism and skill, it makes me wonder where the real problem is.
