OUT OF 14 TEAMS IN THE SEC, KY IS THE 13TH WORSE DEFENSIVE REBOUNDING TEAM. AND FOR THEIR HEIGHT AND SIZE THEY BEING UK IS THE WORST DEFENSIVE REBOUNDING TEAM IN THE HISTORY OF BASKETBALL PERIOD, THINK ABOUT THAT. THIS IS PER CAL ON THOMAS BEISNER SHOW, TONIGHT. CN2. AMAZING!!!

These guys try to focus too much on blocking the shot which causes them to leave their man to get to the ball!

Exactly! When you get aggressive on the outside, the shooter can dribble past the defender, the weak side help comes to block the shot and the man he left to alter the shot gets the easy rebound.
The guy that gets beat off the dribble needs to help crash the boards, although a lot of times it bounces to the other side of the rim.

Also, I bet teams are shooting a lot of threes (or just outside shots) against us which lead to long rebounds. This stat doesn't mean much. The stat I like better is that we've won 11 straight games all by double figures. ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

When you win so many games by double digits it sounds great but you also have to realize those wins have not all been against the better teams on our schedule. We will find out for sure where we stand with our games against UCLA and especially Louisville.

He is their best player imo and the one if we stop would really hurt their chances of a upset.
