I have no idea. Several years ago my entire identity disappeared. I couldn't re-register because it still recognized my email and said I was already registered. One of the mods registered me using one of his email addresses.
I know this doesn't help you any, but I don't know what else to tell you.

Actually, seeing every day, her progress seems very slow, but to those who only see her once every week or so, her progress is amazing to them.

Glad to hear progress. Neurological progress is always slow but I'm happy she continues to improve.
