on the first half.

We need to get Reeves some more NIL money so he can afford matching shoes.

Good one Handy.
I have been impressed with Wagner, Reeves, Thiero, and Shepperd. Wagner looks good with the ball, has a nice outside shot in this game, and seems like he can be a solid PG. Thiero and Reeves are doing all the little things, and Shep has surprised me with his defense. Tre Mitchell looks like he has a nice outside shot, when he has time. Dillingham is fun with the ball, but he dribbles too much. Seems like a college version of Harden. Looks like he could be really good if he learns to be a little more decisive with the ball.
I sure wish Onyenso could have played.

ukman, pretty much my thoughts as well. I was pleasantly surprised in Thiero’s improvement. Tre Mitchell is better than I expected, at least in this game. Sheppard couldn’t throw it in the ocean today but the rest of his game was much better than I thought. His shot will come around. Reeves, other than his mismatched shoes, looked excellent.

We won fairly easily without either of our big men.

I have got excited about our upcoming season in the past after watching these “summer games” but I will be danged if I let it happen this year.

3 point defense and inbounding are the only real negatives today. Also Edward's is a little selfish with the ball. Reed didn't hit any shots but he impacted the game in a lot of different ways. I believe this team can be really good.

Lets hope that some of the shooting gets better. Sheppard looks like someone who played in the past, not making any of his shots. I agree with most of the rest. The biggest surprise is Thiero. He played all over the court doing just about anything he wanted to do. He is a much bigger footprint of his last years self. Mitchell will get a lot of PT. I hated to see the circle played almost constantly again. We do have some good drivers that will score a lot of bunnies.

Loved both Thiero's and Shepard's games. Wow. Those guys are do-anything-to-help players. Thiero has taken his body and athleticism to the next level.

This was a guard-oriented game, so it was fun to watch. I wonder how we will look with a true big man in there.

With our guards' athleticism and ability to both defend bigger players and rebound effectively, we might be able to do a 1-in 4-out scheme this year. Let's see how this team evolves.

They are pounding Canada and Shepherd is having a really good game based on the box score.
