I agree. It seems really high. I locked in LSU at +10 this morning on Draft Kings.
I'm even thinking about putting money on LSU to win outright, but their win on the road at Arkansas is giving me hesitation. Can they really win two SEC road games back to back? That is tough to do, but it pays 3.8 to 1.

Trey, I'm curious how you did Saturday against Louisville. I saw one spread the Cats giving 22.5 and they covered at 23. That is almoast as rare, the Cats covering, as them beating a ranked team any more.

I did not bet on the UL/UK game due to the rivalry. If I would have I would have lost because I would have taken UK -23.5 because I watched UL early in the season and knew they were terrible.
Crazy that the pregame money must be on UK because the line was up to 10.5 today. That just really surprises me especially since Cal said he was going to slow tempo for UK and try to keep games in the low to mid 60’s.

Thank You once again to Vegas. I hope they over value UK once again on Saturday. If that is not at least Bama -16.5 I’ll be betting on Bama to cover.

Yeah, there for a while I thought maybe they were going to cover, then at the 10 minute to go mark in the second half, KY went ice cold!

I'm sure everyone knows this, but the Vegas line is meant to get an even number of dollars bet on both teams. The line being so high means the early money was bet on UK. Why, I have no idea. Maybe the majority of Kentucky fans simply bet with their heart and think we're gonna blow out our opponent each game. The smart gambler just needs to sit back and reap the rewards.

Sorry just seeing this because my daughter had a gymnastics invite today, but to answer your question when I saw that line early this morning I put $500 on Bama. Such a ridiculous line.

Wow. I just looked at the score. I expected UK to lose by 15 to 20, but wow this was really embarrassing.
Now I’m wishing I had more than $500 in my draft kings account that I could have put an even larger bet on Bama.
It will be interesting to see what the Tennessee line will be next week. I’ll have at least $975 to get if they throw another 6 point line out there.

Vegas has UK as a 19.5 favorite tomorrow against South Carolina. I’m going to have to do some research on the Gamecocks. I’m thinking I take the points again, but on a much smaller scale. May even sit this one out in hopes the UK does cover this and then Vegas gives another gift and only makes UT a 6 point favorite.

Yeah, I wouldn't touch this game. We know how UK will perform against good teams. We just don't know how they'll perform against the bad teams.

Colorado St by 32 points
Furman by 19
George Washington by 24
Tennessee by 43
If we don't win by at least 20 tonight, that would be a moral loss in my opinion.

We all should have bet heavily on this game and raised some money for Cals buyout. I can't believe what I just watched. Some of the worst play, and coaching.

I jokingly told my daughter to bet on SC to cover. She put $10 on SC to win and won $160. Doesn't make me feel any better, but at least there's a positive.

I ended up putting only $15 on South Carolina plus the points not the moneyline. So I only won $14.

When I was a teenager back in the 80's, I knew a bookie and put $10 on UK during a regular season game. They ended up losing to Ole Miss or Miss St. I have never bet on a UK game since. I think I need to start betting against them - I could be another retirement account!
